If you are evolving into a more loving, more compassionate, less violent person, then you are moving in the right direction. The direction is more important than the speed. We are spiritual beings, not just physical beings. Our task is to master all the manifestations of love.

In the moment I am writing this Gaia is in a quantum “time out”.  It’s called Zero Point stillness.  We can’t hear it with out ears, we must “feel” it with our body / being.  It feels like silence, like nothing is moving on the Earth, like everything has stopped.
