Good Morning #HamOnt Today is Tuesday. The Market is Open at 8am And it's probably a good idea to visit us today for some delicious @pokehbar for lunch.

I've wanted to make a turducken forever and today I finally got around to it. Seared the skin on the chicken and duck with old bay to render some fat out and for extra flavour. Stuffed with both sausage stuffing and cornbread stuffing. So stoked for Christmas dinner tomorrow.

The truck is on a break this summer but we'll still around! Catch us in March at the @iheartbeerfest beer and bacon festival! You know we love bacon ;)
