It's very difficult for adults to admit THEY are the biggest problem. It's much easier to focus on the "naughty children" whose behaviour requires modification. Adults, especially educators are seen as the experts... 🤬

I don't even think most schools know about proprioception, vestibular and interoception. The first "sanction" for our children is usually removal of their breaks/golden time/playtime. Then the child can't cope, they become disregulated and bang, Restraint/Seclusion starts again
