Tough loss last night for the Tigers at Northeast Nebraska. This team is growing together and we are making small steps to get to where we want to be. The future is bright

For those of you that LOVE to dribble, listen to this quote from Steph “If you held the ball for 1 second it’s a grenade and it blew up. So think about that, I only have .5 seconds to make a decision..that’s when the dominos begin to fall”

Shane Battier on Complaining: "I don't complain about playing time. My job is to play so well the coach can't sit me." The only thing complaining changes is your attitude and for the negative. Focus on what you can control. Complaining only brings stress and negativity.

This is worth the 👀 ! Anthony Edwards: • Energizing his teammates. • Giving timely reminders on fouls. • Talking on defense. Great teams have great dialogue. NBA

DHO PASSING OPTIONS The easiest way to guard DHO is to disrupt the pass and the passers ability to go and get the handoff. Players need to get good at having passing options and counters to keep the defense off balance. The three explained here… 1. Pass, set your body, sprint

WANT TO IMPROVE TRANSITION OFFENSE? Try this Fred Hoiberg drill shared by Coach Flowers in a previous #GBetBBChat! Excellent way to encourage pitching the ball ahead in transition! Once players are proficient in this skill, include #transitiongames (thread) to rep against D ⬇️
