How does the UK build its carbon budgets, essential for net zero pathfinding? It was a privilege to hear last night from Climate Change Committee’s chief economist, James Richardson, about the CCC’s methodology, plus innovations planned for the 7th carbon budget

Great Westminster Property Association event this morning on good growth in Westminster. High turnout despite the drizzle shows the level of interest in the subject

Awesome to see this completed: from business case to opening in 8 years -
nearly a personal best. Great work by Tim Ashwin Consulting Limited and many others at Arup back in the day, and London Gatwick LGW and Network Rail more recently

An absolute pleasure to dine with BusinessLDN and Amy Lamé this evening, and to discuss the work of the night czar team. And they didn’t keep us up til dawn 🌛

Adult life: a mixture of work, and shadow work 👇. My favourite quote: “I scanned my own lunch items into a kiosk at the airport, which asked me if I wanted to leave a tip (to myself?)”

Busy day at Arup UK. Hosted TfL acting commissioner Andy Lord this morning. Then event this evening with Department for Transport and TfL. All cleaned up afterwards by a robotic vacuum cleaner

Remember when London's Southbank was a car park? I don't but these images are such an inspiration to me - our cities can be more green, healthy and fun to live in if we try! 💪🙌🎇💚
