Antibiotic Steward Bassam Ghanem 🅱️C🆔🅿️🌟 Brad Spellberg I give amoxicillin and doxycycline. The doxycycline buys me atypical and amox R hemophilus and moraxella. I don't give antibiotics to virus. This is also the one area where procalcitonin can be helpful, imo.
