2/ which can lead to arrest and barriers for working ppl just trying to survive. I shouldn’t still be shocked by the failures of MSM in their framing of issues & idk Brandon Johnson’s financial situation but I do know that successful Black ppl are often taking care of more than

3/ our own household. Considering COVID & economic downturn, it’s embarrassing that the media is pouncing on the opportunity to discuss BJ’s debt that has harmed no one, while Paul Vallas’s financial mismanagement has impacted multiple cities, school districts, teachers & youth
