Thanks to Matthew Ferguson , @BigYD93 and coach Chris Russell for another quality training session. Nice to see a couple of new faces Benny and Thomas who both excelled in their first session. Also nice to see a couple of old faces starting their pre seasons. Good effort from everyone.

Well that weather forecast was accurate. In spite of the wet conditions Chris, Matthew Ferguson and @BigYD93 put on another excellent session. Matty also showed off his skills in a game of touch. Jack Robson diving for the try line alone made it worth turning up.

Big PB's this week. Stef Schollick knocks 13 seconds off his. Adam Murphy and new Brogan Miller light improve by 14 seconds and Danny Whiley knocks a huge 19 seconds off his pb. Impressive work in tough conditions. Dan Tate is the latest name added to the 44 strong leaderboard.

Unfortunately due lockdown there is no training in November. A shame because I think there were going to be (metaphorical) fireworks tonight. A big thank you to Chris Russell, @BigYD93, Matthew Ferguson and Kelly for their hard work in the sessions they have run this year.
