They know material conditions are deteriorating and people are struggling but refuse to reflect on the system that brought us here because it’s in their interests to maintain course. Instead, these politicians want us to hate socialism - the system that might better our lives.

The Black folks who say “WE’RE always fighting. WE need to sit this one out,” have almost never actually done any fighting. They’re citing the efforts of others to encourage people to do nothing like they’ve been doing. It feels very much like the feds, at this point.
