It seems to me that the people trying to ban books that might upset kids and the people trying to get Joe Rogan kicked off of Spotify are missing a key point… attempts to ban/cancel drive attention to the things that you want stopped.

Trying to get my kids, 11 and 8, their COVID booster shots. Scheduled last week with my local pharmacy and they can’t get past the paperwork. We’ve been waiting over 30 minutes. Why can’t we get people vaccinated? I’m so glad I didn’t have anything else to do today.
