Just watched BBC Question Time, to watch the wonderful Mick Lynch, and was staggered by the nonsense and face-pulling of Rachel Maclean who was frankly an embarrassment. Great example of a government out of touch and who don't care about the public.
Once again Aer Lingus fail to deliver. 2 months since I was treated appallingly by them, yet complaint still to be resolved - and now says it has been closed - which is clearly not the case. Just fobbing me off. Even when you ring them you cannot get through. Dreadful.
