For all the extra tall folks in the gym… Push vs pull: At 6’4” with long limbs, pull exercises progress quickly for me. My arms are naturally longer levers that see me pull a “surprising” amount of weight for my body type. By contrast, this makes push movements more difficult

Clients are surprised that I sometimes program two quality bicep exercises on their push days. Triceps work hard during chest exercises, leaving clients underwhelmed by their tricep-isolation work. Doing biceps on push days gives clients extra satisfaction when they can do more.
