Nice satellite pic clearly showing the cold front moving through. The dry slot in behind the front very noticeable from good upper level subsidence. Showery cumulus not to far away either

It’s a scattered showers and blustery winds kinda day. Scattered showers means 30-50% of the area may get a shower. To put it another way 50-70% won’t get any.
