Very sad. The Reel Inn in Malibu can't rebuild, as it's lease has now not been renewed. After over 30 years at the same spot and as an absolute institution here. Time for the city of Malibu to help them find a location elsewhere - it's not the same without them.

A bit of flooding at the entrance to Trancas Country Mart from PCH in Malibu. Doesn't look like that much but the water is all the way over the curbs onto the sidewalk and is enough to get over the bottom of car doors on smaller/lower cars.

Sad to see the end of the Tesla Model S. I have had two and put over 250k miles on them Now what do we buy as our upcoming replacement. Likely not a Tesla since Model 3 too small and we dont need another SUV or truck, and other electrics don't look as good or work as well.
