60 y/o M presented to the ED with weakness and hypotension. The heart is surrounded by fluid! Note the repetitive collapse of the right ventricle during diastole when the tricuspid and mitral valves open. This is a cardiac tamponade! #POCUS #FOAMed #echofirst #ultrasound
