Royal Mail is there any point in offering a redelivery service? Your workers ignore our requests to reduced to neighbours and fail to deliver within the timeframe which you supply customers. Which means that my private prescription has not been delivered to me. Shocking service!

Royal Mail we get an email saying delivery will be 10.21 to 13.21... half an hour before end of window we're told it will be 14.45 to 7.30. We ask for change to another day, then the send email saying they attempted delivery and we weren't in. This happened more than once

Royal Mail Online customer service 48 hours later , Royal Mail has refused to deliver a perishable item I paid for to be delivered the next day. 14:00 here and no updates on my delivery still. Just read online that they are terrible and don’t pay for damages . Well we shall see
