I have a Coinspot wallet which has restrictions put on it. I am unable to transfer funds from my account to any other wallet that isn’t with Coinspot. Because a few years ago I got scammed ( I was convinced to send funds to a different account). Is this normal, what should I do.

When those restrictions were imposed I was told that I would have to contact them prior so that they could check out any fund transfers to make sure it was not suspect. Now they tell me it is permanent an cannot be removed. Guess they LIED.
