Meet Alexis Casey, our Senior Environmental Scientist who specializes in Endangered Species Act compliance. After working in Germany for five years, Alexis recently returned to the U.S. and began working for MacKay Sposito. She has already made a remarkable difference here!

MacKay Sposito and Kittelson & Associates collaborated with the City of Vancouver and the community to refresh SE 1st Street. With the help of the community’s insight, the team incorporated innovative bicycle and pedestrian facilities to improve safety and mobility.

Check-out the recently renovated Sifton Elementary School! We worked alongside LSW Architects and Evergreen Public schools to construct and replace the existing school. MacKay Sposito provided planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services.

Field Friday: Featuring one of our environmental scientists, Kevin Terlep, and his new furry friends! While performing a wetland delineation, Kevin ran into these friendly goats. You never know what you’ll find when you’re out in the field!

Meet Tommy Miller, our Environmental Specialist who works within both our construction and environmental sectors. He has extensive experience training field personnel and managing fish and wildlife habitat restoration projects. We are so grateful to have Tommy on our team!

In honor of National Parks and Recreation Month, MacKay Sposito is celebrating the wide diversity of opportunities we’ve been given to grow our communities. Boat launches, skate parks, splash pads, nature trails…whatever your park needs are, we want to make it happen!

We’d like to congratulate Grindline on yesterday’s grand opening of Molenaar Skate Park (Boise, ID)! We provided civil design services for this project, and as always it was a great time working alongside the folks at Grindline. Calling all Boise skaters, time to go shredding!

This week we are celebrating project surveyor John Thompson. John has dedicated 35 years to land surveying at formerly known Olson Engineering, and now MacKay Sposito. Thank you, John, for your unwavering devotion to this firm and to the community as a land surveyor!

Our VP of Construction Management and CM Senior Manager went to Cervidae Peak, ID to visit construction inspector, Delrae Violetti, on this FHWA wildlife overpass project. This wildlife bridge will allow deer, elk, and other game to cross over the highway safely. #fieldfriday
