Barclays Bank why is your so called specialist team on 03450757475 unable to direct my call to a manager when they are unable to assist with basic questions. Why are you withholding pensioner’s money?

Disgusting behaviour Barclays Bank many of these foreign nationals are from the Windrush generation, 3 people have reached out to us in the last 48 hours their account was closed without warning

Week 6 to the day of battling with Barclays Bank. My elderly mother still has no access to her money. She still has not received any correspondence informing her the bank were closing her account and let’s not even go there re not receiving any bank statements for over 2 years.

How does Barclays UK get away with treating it’s customers like this?
