11 years ago I was almost killed by an African American male and I chose to forgive him. I was not racist then and I’m not racist now! I felt so strong about forgiveness that I wrote an entire chapter on it and included the letter I wrote the court asking that he not receive

any penalty greater than probation. I read that chapter again this morning. I am not perfect and I try to do the right thing. District 21- I appreciate the opportunity to serve as your state representative and I will do the best that I can for each of you!
