Today, the nation mourns the deaths of the nearly 3,000 victims of the terrorist attacks on America 24 years ago. At nightfall, the Tribute in Light will light up the New York City skyline in memory of those lost on Sept. 11, 2001.

We’ll never forget the lives we lost on September 11, 2001. Let’s continue to honor their memories, and the courage of our first responders who put themselves in harm’s way.
