Black-tailed godwits are returning to breed WWT Welney and other wetland sites around the Fens. If you spot birds with leg rings, look out for individuals with a lime coloured E as one of the rings. These were headstarted by Project Godwit and all sightings gratefully received.
Wow, just look at those skies, some fantastic wildlife to spot too. Highlights so far this Easter weekend little gull, garganey, cattle egret, black-tailed godwit, avocet, ruff, curlew, goldeneye and otter.
