A long walk this afternoon. 275 small pieces picked up. Mainly sweet wrappers, receipts which had been shredded by lawnmowers and fag butts. Getting worried about #coronavirus related rubbish too

Lots of negative comments on our Facebook post today (my local town page). Most saying Nancy should get a hobby & that is what we pay our council tax for. We litter pick at Nancy’s request. Can’t understand all the negativity.

Some question why we do what we do each & every month picking up from the selfish few who #litter. When beauty is this great, why wouldn't you want to preserve & protect what we have here in the #breconbeacons. To those who litter, please stop it, stop it! youtu.be/9miAAJZY-5k

NoLitterNancy You are doing a great thing. When people say to us we are doing park staff jobs we say it took 20 hours of picking to clear one small area. They haven’t got enough time. So we help. Because we can. we meet our neighbours. And the place looks nicer after. Go Nancy! 💪🏻

Nancy received a wheelie bin today from our local council. We told them her litter picking was filling up our household bin. She’s so delighted with it 😄
