Ugh, not a good writing day. It was bound to happen, but it's still frustrating. I need to do some more research and detailed plotting before I can make progress, I think.

Got distracted from writing all day so far by some very good news in my personal life, but now I need to get a few hours in. Wheeeee!

Much better writing day today. I think I might have solved my plot problem. Somehow Scrivener lost the three chapters I wrote yesterday, which has never happened to me before (probably user error), but it's for the best since it was crap. #nanowrimo2021 word count at 23k!

My new glasses just arrived. Love realizing just how much my vision had declined when I put the new ones on and I can SEE!

Did a lot of good writing today, and I’m feeling like I might have solved some of the problems I was having in my draft. 🎉

I have written a truly obscene amount this week. Glad to get a head start on NaNo since I have let the rest of life fall by the wayside. Heh I might need to tend to that tomorrow.

I should do other things today, but instead, I am rereading Red, White, & Royal Blue again.

I need advice on how people write for hours at a time without pain. I do my best to make sure I have good ergonomics, but my wrists still hurt, and it's not carpal tunnel. Maybe I'm just doomed to pain bc of my fibromyalgia, but I'd appreciate advice nonetheless.

Spent 7 hours writing/revising today, and then thought I'd lost all the work I did. Thank goodness for automatic backups. Everything restored, another backup made, and an updated outline. I just might finish this draft by the end of the month, if I can keep up this pace.

Woke up feeling really good about my book. I have now rewritten the first half of the book twice and plan to proceed with this draft. I made a revised outline down to the chapter and I’m excited to write today!

Finally had time to watch the All Too Well film. 😍😳🥰😩

Mondays I don't teach, so it's always a catch-up day, and it's hard to get focused, but I did just write a key scene for an early chapter in my book, and finished redoing the outline.

I’ve missed all day of #RWA2021 because I had to take my cat George to the vet. Now he has to spend the weekend at the hospital. 😫

Today was awful in so many ways. Maybe writing will, at least temporarily, help me feel better.

Sorry i went sort of MIA. I’ve been dealing with a cat health crisis and my own health issues. This is the last week of the semester and then I’m hoping to finish the 1st draft of this book.
