For people on roothide / Serotonin asking for AudioRecorder , DynamicPeninsula support , and all of my tweaks that need audio which is most of them, you will need to wait for Serotonin to add daemon injection support to the jailbreak. It’s not possible otherwise.

It's official, Apple will allow alternative app markets in the EU and introduce various changes for iOS, Safari, and the App Store starting from iOS 17.4 (currently in the first beta release).
