Regarding the state of the community i am concerned with the current foundation which only sees one lan per year. The reason we were able to get so many opportunities during 2014-2018 was because of the local lans which fueled monthly competitions. We need to go back to this asap

One of the biggest shames in the Tier2-3 scene of CS is ESEA's entire stats page vanishing. Sorting by ADR and RWS and just giving guys tryouts based on stats in lower divisions was one of the best ways to bring up rising talent faster.

It is borderline impossible to grind rank. CS2 you fully closed down the entire system, and you are killing organisations not already ranked top30. We went through 6 open qual games vs multiple paid teams. How is anyone supposed to get up, when almost nothing is ranked
