A year ago I launched the content team for Women in Voice — and today we reach close to 20K! Although it’s my last day as Director of Content, having the support of this community has helped me find my own #Voice❤️

I am honoured to be named the new Director of Content at Women in Voice . I'm excited for the inroads we made as colleagues and friends Katy B and looking forward to how our journeys in VOICE will look as we keep growing and evolving.

And just like that, I've got my groove back.

Main takeaway from this morning's Botmock #AMA on localisation vs translation was fascinating. "Translation is word for word, localisation can mean changing the entire dialogue for context" #Chatbot #VoiceDesign
