Patients on Saxmundham Ward at Ipswich Hospital now have access to books, games and puzzles from a new activity trolley. Student nurse Lewis said: "We found the items especially helped those patients with dementia." Plans are in place to roll the idea out to other wards.

Congratulations to Lewis, ward sister Juliet and the team on Saxmundham Ward for developing the quality improvement project of launching an activity trolley. Data shows the wellbeing of patients on the ward has improved as a result of the activities. 👏
