I'm grateful for the MANY folks in Iowa who care deeply about our water- for ecology, for home use, for recreation, and for economic growth. Let's elect people who care, too.

Public schools serve every kid, which serves communities. That's why we build them up, rather than tear them down.

This is happening because of Representative Josh Turek. He worked to identify this problem and made it happen by working across the aisle. Iowans are better for it. This is exactly what we mean when we say Iowa House Democrats put people over politics. Let's bring him back next year!

Today is the first day in Iowa to request your absentee ballot! Go to your county auditor's office or website (Johnson County (IA) Auditor's Office ) to get the form, fill it out, and return it ASAP. Then your ballot will come in mid-October, giving you plenty of time to fill it out and return it!
