In Ethiopia 🇪🇹, clocks are “upside down,” with 6:00 positioned where 12:00 is. The day starts at 7:00 a.m. instead of 12:00 a.m. and ends at 6:59 a.m. Ethiopia follows its own calendar, about 7–8 years behind the Gregorian calendar, and it is currently 2018.

I referred to this FACT when I vehemently rebutted the baseless claim that Lesotho was celebrating 200 years last year. This is simply because by 1777 Basotho had LONG occupied the area today known as South Africa, Lesotho and Botswana. Gordon found Basotho HERE!

This is what I have learned, " A LIE told many times is understood to be true. The truth told a few times is misunderstood to be a lie".

Peshoane Tsikoane 's case against Mafeteng LMPS is quite interesting. He is accused of refusing legal instruction by the police to test alcohol level after they suspected drunk driving.
