The connection between Tegan and Brooke from their first meeting throughout that entire night was so intense. Truly one of the most passionate one-night stands I’ve read. There was so much depth and emotion in this entire book, and the supporting characters were such a treat.

A modern day sapphic Romeo and Juliet retelling-ish. I enjoyed that this book didn’t have the typical angst, breakup and get back together aspect to it, but had enough action to keep you wanting to read more and know what happened next. Grab this newest book by @kristen_zimmer!

If you’re looking for a Hallmark movie but rated R & in sapphic book form, this one is for you! It starts with a very steamy one-night stand and then comes the pining and sexual tension that you could cut with a knife. I also really enjoyed the deeper themes sprinkled throughout.

I am warning you right now… do not start this series until you have time to read both books. I could not put it down. Did my sleep suffer over the weekend? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Between the storyline, the steam, the emotions, and the suspense, I couldn’t get enough.

What a story. Absolutely loved both MCs. The way Mallory’s anxiety was written was unlike any book I’ve read, and the sensitivity and care from Stef was perfect. Absolutely recommend this book. Oh and the steam, be ready for it…

A heartfelt holiday story that blends American and German traditions. Both MCs were great, and although it wasn’t a rich-poor trope, that wealthy factor added another layer. Also, pretty low-angst which I very much enjoyed. PS- I saw what you did there with the Lee Winters nod.

What an incredible way to end the year reading. The banter alone between the MCs was five stars - add in the storyline and spice, and I couldn’t read this book fast enough. From the prologue to the final page, I was so absorbed in this story. Just fantastic.

As my most highly anticipated book this year, it was everything and more. The angst, the fantasy, the passion. Hæra was a very complex character and really incredible, and Madeleine was just as amazing. Insanely good writing.
