Today we remember the 72 people that lost their lives in the Grenfell Tower fire. The Inquiry made clear that the deaths were avoidable and those responsible must be held to account. A disaster such as this must never occur again.

The Chancellor’s speech shows a positive direction of travel to get the country out of the economic mess that the Tories left us in. We will look at the details closely but the overall message shows a step away from the waste and chaos from the previous government.
