So excited to share some good news today. Two more amazing Barrett, The Honors College at ASU School of Human Evolution and Social Change ASU Global Health ASU Center for Global Health students will be headed to Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Fall! Congrats @danielaaloretto and @HannaMaroofi. We are so very proud of both of you!



Our Arizona State University COVID Response Team hit a huge milestone last night. 1,000 competed case interviews!! In addition we have: ✅220 volunteers trained/in training ✅ 800+ volunteer hours worked ✅ home grown IT solution built and developed ✅ 1 hotspot team deployed So proud of my team!

As this year comes to a close, I would like to recognize the amazing accomplishments of the Arizona State University Public Health Response Team. This team of 300+ volunteers has done the unimaginable this year: ✅closed 20,000 cases ✅completed 10,000 investigations ✅conducted a serosurvey

Super proud of Daniela Ledesma, MHS and @HannaMaroofi for their first publication. Hanna and Daniela started in my lab as sophomores, helped design and lead our case investigation team, and are now killing it in grad school JHSPH Epi Department. Bravo!!
