Huge shoutout to the #ASU Student Outbreak Response Team. In 24 short days we have managed to stand up a virtual COVID-19 case investigation & contact tracing team. We hit some MAJOR milestones this week: ✅100 volunteers trained ✅1000 COVID-19 cases closed ✅250 hours per week

Our Arizona State University COVID Response Team hit a huge milestone last night. 1,000 competed case interviews!! In addition we have: ✅220 volunteers trained/in training ✅ 800+ volunteer hours worked ✅ home grown IT solution built and developed ✅ 1 hotspot team deployed So proud of my team!

As this year comes to a close, I would like to recognize the amazing accomplishments of the Arizona State University Public Health Response Team. This team of 300+ volunteers has done the unimaginable this year: ✅closed 20,000 cases ✅completed 10,000 investigations ✅conducted a serosurvey

Super proud of Daniela Ledesma, MHS and @HannaMaroofi for their first publication. Hanna and Daniela started in my lab as sophomores, helped design and lead our case investigation team, and are now killing it in grad school JHSPH Epi Department. Bravo!!
