Shake the silence and louder than a bomb celebrates graduating senior Alexis Castillo! She is a two time winner of the Giselle Robinson prize sponsored by the university of Pennsylvania. She is also a louder than a bomb champion and represented @YDFW_LTAB at Brave New Voices!

NTFB's Mobile Pantry will be at the following locations this week distributing food on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only those who are in a vehicle will be able to receive food. Please bring proof of identification if picking up for someone other than yourself.

Had a great time this morning playing catch with my son. The little one even put a helmet on and tried to get some batting practice in😂. I know spending time with me means a lot to them. As busy as we are, we have to remember how precious #family time is. #DadSonTime #Lovemykids
