LCG celebrates another Adopt-A-Stop Ribbon Cutting at Kattie Drive, near C O Circle intersection. The bus shelter is in memory of R. Hamilton “Hammy” Davis. Liz Webb Hebert, City Councilwoman initiated the program in 2018 and continues to encourage public-private partnerships.
