When you dislike a teammate, treat them poorly, or talk behind their back, you are hurting your team. You need to try your best to get along with all of your teammates for the sake of the team.

As a young athlete, focus more on long-term development than short-term winning. If you take the time to master the fundamentals of your technique, fitness, and mental game, you’ll eventually surpass your competition and reach your full potential!

The most important factor of an athlete’s performance is their mental game. With a strong mental game, an average athlete can play like a champion. With a weak mental game, a physically gifted athlete can play like a beginner.
