Local ponds, rivers and creeks are not safe for any use. Keep kids, pets, and yourself, away from banks which are very slippery. Thin ice may hide freezing, fast-moving water and ice conditions change quickly. Stormwater ponds are never for leisure. Visit grandriver.ca/winterprograms.
