This morning I’m reflecting a bit on how a businesses ability to stop and reverse course is so valuable/necessary for its survival. How do they know when to adjust course? They are running out of cash The government is broken because it doesn’t have this same mechanism.

The longer I live the more I double down on the importance of leadership. It’s the single most important variable for any person, team, or organization to succeed. It’s not the only variable but without a strong leader guiding the ship the odds are against you.
