Got called to attend to “difficult to insert and turn key” job, this cylinder had been fitted by one of the big national’s only 2 days earlier for over £150, they charged £42 just for the TSS cylinder! (£3:99 Duffells),Poor Lady in her 80’s broken arm, waiting heart heart surgery

She called the company back to complain and the said they would charge again to replace it!!! They also said it had the wrong cylinder fitted to start with!!! WTF!!, So i called them and they offered to come and put it right later that day.. but never turned up... suprise

I have since returned and replaced with the correct size cylinder as the “national joke company” never returned!! and she could only lock the door from the outside!! the lady in question is now taking legal advice and talking to Trading Standards on the matter
