Coaches should be honest, positive, motivating, and bring a team together. If you can’t do that, you have failed them. Shower them with love and instill confidence in them and they will run through a wall for you. Tear them down and they start to break a little more each day.

How about this. Northview boys basketball who’s 18-1 this season cut their practice short tonight to host a sundae bar for the regional bound Northview girls basketball team. It’s great to see teams supporting other teams, especially at the high school level. Always one school!
