So @YsgolGlanMorfa is doing world book day today due to teachers strikes yesterday. You can tell that my Son is my child as he knows his own mind and what he wants. For World Book day 2023 I give you ….. an Amazon.co.uk prime parcel of Manga books 😍😍

Fab day yesterday Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K great organisation and support around the course and I got to run with my amazing running buddy Nic Clarke 🏴 after a pre race meet up with the Orange Army Team Rees Gym

Tomorrow I run my 4th Oysho Cardiff Half 🏴 this event is special to me; it was my 1st half back in 2018 when I was training for my 1st TCS London Marathon. I’ve been on a massive journey since then & changed in so many ways thanks to Richard Rees PT & Team Rees Gym. Kez now believes she can

Haven’t posted for a while bn very busy with TCS New York City Marathon training. Last night I had my final PT session & sign off with Richard Rees PT at Team Rees Gym. I met Rich back in 2019 & have worked with him since he invited me to visit the gym. The pics say it all 3 1/2 stone lighter

Gutted I didn’t get a place to represent 🇬🇧 & 🏴 TCS New York City Marathon Parade of Nations next week. But Oshi and I will be proudly repping the Dragon thanks to some last minute shopping. So excited to be running my bucket list marathon next Sunday. Wish, dream, believe & achieve

I did it what an amazing day thank you TCS New York City Marathon ….. Richard Rees PT thanks for all the help the hard work paid off. PB baby

Eek so blinking excited Cmon Jasmin Paris you are doing amazing - breaking history and showing anything is possible 💪loop 5 🙌🙌

The whole running world has been willing Jasmin Paris to touch that Dan gate in time. An absolutely amazing achievement we have all been refreshing our feeds to watch history in the making. I have never been so invested 😍

Yesterday I lost my Father in Law following a stroke last week. I am meant to be running Oysho Cardiff Half 🏴 Sunday my initial thought was not to run. But I have decided to run and fundraise for Stroke Assoc Wales in his memory. It’s going to be emotional justgiving.com/page/kerrie-al…?

Last nite I had the opportunity to act as welfare support & work alongside our volunteers @ the Principality Stadium last night. I have a say a massive thanks to Gaz Nurse Prac for showing me the ropes. It reminded me of my young days out on events but the uniform has changed
