So, today, I figured I’d share some of my new fav protein fruit smoothie recipes that I’ve been enjoying. I’m also a big fan of how they can be enjoyed for a breakfast, meal, snack, pre or post workout meal.

5 things that you will need : • Blender • Protein Powder • Milk (which ever one you prefer) • Any types of fruits • Eggs (optional)

So I like to start by adding ice to my blender than I add milk & fill it up halfway. After I add 2 scoop of my Protein powder that contains 50g of protein & contains 1,250 calories which helps me gain weight. Then I just add a full banana & 2 tbsp of Pb.
