Great anatomic tips for T1 freehand pedicle screw technique Dr. Charles Sansur published now Neurosurgery Publications: Midpoint of C7 Lateral Mass Serves as an Accurate Reference for T1 screws. I use a similar technique allowing T1 to easily line up with cervical screws. CNS
