Just watched B Hill reserves vs Heybridge in semi of other cup. Heybridge just to clinical and Mason Gillam the difference between 2 decent young sides. 4-0 Heybridge although B Hill missed a pen at 3-0. Kev M and Craig doing top jobs with lots of youngsters 👍

U8’s carried on a good run. Double digits with a loss. Reserves come up short in a semi final. Since Xmas only losing 2 games. Average age 17. Doesn’t happen without likeminded people. Credit to ken76 for helping push the youth through. Buckhurst Hill FC

My advice to any young player in non league don’t try and jump levels to quickly. Managers will promise you the world and may never deliver. Find a place where you can develop and grow your game then the Steps will come to you instead of you chasing them.
