We have shown Spain's solidarity and closeness to the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria by participating in the charity event organised by the Embassy of 🇹🇷 in 🇨🇦.

The ongoing situation in Türkiye & Syria is critical, and the images have been unimaginably devastating. The people of Türkiye and Syria need our help – and our community is stepping up.

Pleased to attend the first portion of this event yesterday as well and speak with Ambassador Kerim Uras. The number one ask at this time is money. If you have the means, please donate to the Canadian Red Cross to assist with earthquake relief.

Depremzedelerimiz için toplanan yardımları THY’nin Toronto’dan haftada 6 gün gerçekleşen uçuşlarıyla göndermeye devam ediyoruz. Bugüne kadar 50 tonun üzerinde yardım malzemesini ülkemize ulaştırdık. Ayrıca, gönüllülerimizce yüklenen 7 konteyner gemiyle Mersin’e sevkedilmektedir.

We continue to send the community’s generous donations for the earthquake victims with Turkish Airlines. So far we airlifted more than 50 tons of aid supplies. Moreover, 7 containers loaded by volunteers will be shipped to Mersin.
