Got turned away from a Tesco store 13 mins before closing time because the staff said I wouldn’t have enough time to get through the tills. Not only had I run 3km faster than that a few minutes earlier but a few minutes later I bought 3 items from Co-op in less than 7 minutes.

I have seen some world class performances from the English today. But only because I watched the British Athletics champs before the football started.
