SOUTH EAST ASIA’S OLDEST MEDICAL COLLEGE! Lahore medical College, founded in 1860, in Lahore, Pakistan holds this honour. Later, it was upgraded to King Edward Medical University (KEMU) and named after King Edward VII.

Dr. Abdul Qayyum, graduate of KEMC Class of 1973, later on became the Professor of Anesthesiology at his alma mater. Here he is seen being "jailed" by students at a jail stall during fun fair.
