What a huge signature win for the....... Big Ten.

Since the D-backs rotation got fully healthy (Aug. 11), they are 26th in starter ERA and 25th in starter WHIP. E-Rod's numbers today will drop them even further. A good recipe for losing a playoff spot in the last month.

Mets won. They are now just 3 games behind the D-backs and own the tiebreaker after they were 7 games back just 7 days ago. Might be more about the Braves falling off now. They are just 0.5 games ahead of NY.

Fritz! Now time for Tiafoe to lock it in tonight for USA to finally get a man back in a final.

It's not quite Ryne Nelson being the saving grace of the rotation but the fact that we're within range is one of the crazier outcomes to a D-backs season I can remember. If he keeps this up for another month he's gotta be the No. 3 in October. Crazy.
