GOOD. These awful pedicabs block theater exits while blasting Empire State of Mind so loudly that it’s audible during shows. I am so sick of hearing “Neeewww Yoooork🎵!!!!!!” in the middle of a performance. But let’s think bigger—block all traffic from B’way side streets!!
