Recruits in the class of 2026 If you don’t have commitable D1 offers by now I’d start looking at the lower level. I’m a D3 guy and I’ve had a message from an SEC transfer and an Big 10 transfer in back to back days. Go where you are wanted.

HS Coaches/promoters are often as bad with the cut and paste messages as the players. “Coach, come to our workout tomorrow, it’s in Baltimore!” Bro, I’m in Montana.

STOP working mega camps for free. You’re evaluating 10% of the camp while fueling a system that undervalues coaches. Most of us are already underpaid—and promoters are walking away with $10K, $20K, $30K+ off your unpaid labor. Know your worth. Protect the profession.

Listen up, young people: Stop using “family emergency” or “personal matter” as an excuse. Sure, those things can happen, but if you’ve used that excuse too many times already, no one will take it seriously when it’s real. Keep your credibility intact. Be honest. Be reliable.
